A Date picker lets shoppers choose a calendar date. JUNO formats it for the product and order using your Date format setting.
With Show on product enabled, the date is a placement you can position and style. Turn it off when you only need the date as order information.
How to set it up
- Choose Add → Placement → Date picker and set a label such as “Date of birth”.
- Choose the Date format under Behavior so the intended day, month and year are unambiguous.
- Decide whether to enable Show on product. If enabled, position the date and configure its typography.
- Enter a Preview value to inspect the layout and review Required and any Extra price.
- Save and Preview a date whose day and month make the chosen format easy to verify.
Frequent uses
Use a visible date for a birth keepsake, anniversary gift or wedding print. Use an order-only date to collect contextual information your team needs.
Collecting a requested date does not create a delivery promise, booking or production schedule. Describe your process separately if that is the reason you ask.
Check before publishing
Make sure the format is suitable for your customers and fulfillment team. Preview values are only for the editor and do not prefill the shopper’s answer.
Check the order as well as the preview, particularly if Show on product is off.
