A Time picker collects a time, such as the time of birth on a keepsake. You can display it on the product or keep it as information sent with the order.
It collects a clock time; it does not reserve an appointment or manage availability.
How to set it up
- Choose Add → Placement → Time picker and set a precise Label, such as “Time of birth”.
- Choose Time format: 24-hour, 12-hour or Customer chooses. The last option lets shoppers choose 24h, AM or PM.
- Review Show on product. If enabled, position and style the value on the photo.
- Enter a Preview value, then review Required and any Extra price.
- Save and Preview a morning and an afternoon time to check the formatting.
Frequent uses
Pair Time picker with Date picker and Number box for birth keepsakes. It can also capture an event time for a personalized print, or a time your team needs to see with the order.
If you collect a requested collection time, explain how it will be confirmed; entering a time is not a booking.
Check before publishing
Make AM/PM expectations clear where relevant. A preview value is only used for layout and does not prefill the shopper’s answer.
If the value is meant to be printed, keep Show on product on and inspect the output. If it is a note for your team, check that it arrives on the order with a useful label.
