Arc text lets shoppers enter words that follow a curved baseline on the product. You control the curve and typography while they supply the text.

Use it to place a name around an illustration or create a curved slogan above or below a design.

How to set it up

  1. Choose Add → Placement → Arc text and set its Label.
  2. Move the placement to the intended area and enter Preview text for design testing.
  3. Open Typography and adjust Curve, the font and its size. Review rotation and alignment in the layout controls.
  4. Set Max characters and Required as needed. Where available, enable the typography choices you want shoppers to control.
  5. Save and Preview several text lengths alongside any neighboring artwork.

Frequent uses

Use Arc text for a curved hoodie slogan, a family name around a motif or lettering that frames a circular badge. Combine it with a Design placement for a coordinated composition.

Use Text box for straight text or where a curve adds no value to the design.

Check before publishing

A longer word changes the occupied arc. Test your maximum allowed length and check that letters do not collide with the design or leave the intended area.

The curve is a visual layout, not a simulation of engraving around a three-dimensional object. Review the print output against your production requirements.
