JUNO has a free plan and three paid plans. Billing runs through Shopify, and JUNO takes no fee on your orders.
How billing works
- No JUNO transaction fees. You pay JUNO the plan price, with no JUNO fee per order.
- Billed through Shopify. The charge appears on your Shopify invoice. There is no separate account or card.
- Free to start. The Free plan is free forever, and every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

- Personalized products How many products can offer personalization at once, counted across all your templates.
- Extra photos per view and option Each view and option of a product (say Back in Red) gets a main photo. This is how many extra photos shoppers can swipe through behind it, like close-ups or lifestyle shots.
- Per-product photo overrides Pin the exact photo one product shows for a view and option when its gallery doesn't pick the right one, without changing the gallery itself.

Does JUNO charge transaction fees?
No. JUNO charges only the plan price. JUNO takes no fee or commission on your orders or on the add-on prices shoppers pay.
How is JUNO billed?
Through Shopify. You choose a plan in the app, Shopify confirms it, and the charge appears on your Shopify invoice, in US dollars. There is no separate account or card to set up.
Is there a free plan or a free trial?
Both. The Free plan is free forever, with 1 template and up to 5 personalized products. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Annual billing is one yearly charge and costs up to 17% less than twelve monthly payments.
What counts as a personalized product?
A product that offers personalization through a JUNO template. The limit counts products across all your templates, not orders.
What happens when I reach my plan's limit?
Everything already set up stays live. To add more templates or personalized products, upgrade to a bigger plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Shopify admin. Billing stops at the end of the cycle, and past orders keep their personalization details.
