These terms are an agreement between you and Everbranch (“we”, “us”) about the JUNO app for Shopify (“JUNO” or “the app”) and this website. Everbranch is the trading name of 24 ASSETS Ltd (24 АСЕТС ЕООД), a company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 208130371, VAT number BG208130371, with its registered office at 41A Aleksandar Stamboliyski St., floor 2, 2850 Petrich, Bulgaria.
By installing JUNO you accept these terms on behalf of the business that owns the store (“you”). If you don’t agree, don’t install or use the app.
The service
JUNO lets you build personalization templates for your Shopify products and shows shoppers a live preview of their personalized product. Shoppers’ choices are added to the cart and order in your Shopify store.
We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use JUNO for your own stores while these terms apply and your plan is active.
Your account and eligibility
- You need an active Shopify store and must be allowed to install apps on it.
- You are responsible for the staff and collaborators you give access to JUNO, and for what they do in it.
- You must follow Shopify’s terms of service, which also apply to your store.
Plans, trials and billing
- Plans, prices and trial lengths are shown in the pricing section of our website and in the Shopify App Store listing.
- All charges are billed through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. Shopify’s billing terms apply to those charges.
- A free trial ends automatically after its stated length. If you keep JUNO installed, your plan’s charges then start.
- You can cancel at any time by uninstalling JUNO. Charges stop from the next billing cycle. Unless the law requires otherwise, we don’t refund partial billing periods.
- We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can uninstall before the new price applies.
- Prices exclude taxes, which Shopify may add to your invoice.
Your content and responsibilities
“Your content” means your templates, product data, images, fonts and settings, and the personalization your shoppers submit through JUNO.
- You own your content. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only as needed to run JUNO for you.
- You confirm you have the rights to the images, fonts and other material you upload or use in JUNO.
- You are responsible for the products you sell and make, including reviewing personalized orders before production. You may refuse personalization that is unlawful, infringing or offensive.
- You are responsible for your own store’s privacy policy and for telling your shoppers how their order data is used.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use JUNO for anything unlawful, or to sell products that infringe other people’s rights;
- try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security of JUNO, except as the law allows;
- resell, sublicense or offer JUNO as a service to others; or
- use JUNO to send malware or spam, or to collect shoppers’ data without a legal basis.
Our intellectual property
JUNO, this website and everything we provide as part of them (apart from your content) belong to Everbranch or our licensors. These terms don’t give you any rights in them beyond using the app as described here.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Data protection
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our data processing summary applies and forms part of these terms.
Availability and changes to JUNO
We work to keep JUNO available and reliable, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to pause it for maintenance or security reasons.
We improve JUNO over time and may change or remove features. If we remove a feature you pay for in a way that materially reduces the service, we will tell you in advance, and you can uninstall.
Third-party services
JUNO runs on Shopify and relies on it. We are not responsible for Shopify or other third-party services, their availability, or changes they make that affect JUNO.
Suspension and termination
- You can stop using JUNO at any time by uninstalling it.
- We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if your use puts JUNO or other merchants at risk, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
- When you uninstall, we delete your store’s data as described in our privacy policy. Personalization details already on your orders stay in Shopify.
Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in these terms, and to the extent the law allows, JUNO is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability arising from these terms or JUNO in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for JUNO in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You will compensate us for claims by third parties that arise from your content, the products you sell, or your breach of these terms.
The JUNO website
You may use this website to learn about JUNO and try the live demo. The demo uses sample products and data. Nothing you do in it is saved or sent to a store.
The website’s content belongs to Everbranch. Don’t copy it for commercial use without our permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell merchants at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app. If you keep using JUNO after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the competent courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you are.
